I totally get it, and that's why I've created this 101 coaching session to help you set your intentions and get crystal clear on what you want to achieve.
Together, we'll explore your values, passions, and goals to help you create a roadmap for success that feels authentic to you. We'll dig deep to uncover any limiting beliefs or fears that might be holding you back, and work on shifting your mindset to one of abundance and possibility.
During our session, I'll guide you through exercises and prompts designed to help you gain clarity and focus on what you truly want in life. We'll set actionable goals and develop strategies for achieving them, as well as identify any potential obstacles that might arise along the way.
I truly believe that setting intentions is the first step towards creating the life you want, and I'm passionate about helping others discover their own power to manifest their dreams. How to light your candle
How to light your candle
- Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn.
- Set an intention before lighting your Growing Lights by S.P. candle. (You can check out our workbooks for guidance)
- Leave your candle lit at least 3-4 hours for the first time to avoid 'tunneling'.
- After the first burn make sure you light your candle for a min of 2 hours.
- Do not burn your intention candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Keep your candle on a flat, fire resistant surface.
- Keep the flame away from moving air.
- Use a snuffer to put out the flame.
- Keep your candles out of the reach of children and pets.
- Keep away from flammable materials.
